These Maple-Glazed Pumpkin Poptarts are made with pie crust, stuffed with a maple and pumpkin filling, and topped with a delicious maple glaze. You’ll never want a store-bought poptart again!
They’re flaky, perfectly crisp and chewy, and taste like fall in your mouth.

  • 1 refrigerated pie crust roll {found near the refrigerated biscuits}
  • ½ cup canned pumpkin
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar, packed
  • ½ tsp. maple flavoring
  • ¼ tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • Dash of salt


  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ¼ tsp. maple flavoring
  • 1 Tbsp. milk
